Technical and Tactical Development

  • Segmentation by levels and ages: Participants will be grouped based on skill level and age to ensure proper progression and effective learning.
  • Specialized training: Training focused on key skills:
    • Shooting mechanics (position, balance, and ball tracking).
    • Dribbling skills at high speed and under pressure.
    • Defensive fundamentals and tactical readings in different formations.
    • Individualized “extra” technologies. Maximum 4-6 players per session.
  • Real game situations: Simulation of real match scenarios to encourage quick and effective decision-making.

Physical and nutritional preparation.

  • Fitness programs: Exercises adapted to the biomechanical needs of basketball (speed, explosive strength, flexibility).

  • Nutritional program:
    • Promote a balanced diet: Teach participants how to combine foods to meet their energy needs, muscle growth and recovery.
    • Educate the use of food as a sports tool: Understand how correct food planning influences performance, recovery and injury prevention.
    • Raise awareness about hydration: Highlight the importance of maintaining an optimal state of hydration during training and competition.
Injury prevention: Body care workshops, active recovery and education on the importance of nutrition and rest.

Immersion in professional basketball culture

  • Talks and workshops with experts: Professional players, elite coaches and analysts will share their experience to inspire young people.

  • Simulation of professional environments: Participants will live an experience close to training a professional team (post-training analysis and technical training).

  • Internal tournaments: Practical evaluation of progress in a competitive environment (3×3 specialty), with awards that reflect the spirit of the campus.
